1. Our Guarantee

At Raw Paw we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to make it right.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned. Consumable products such as treats or supplements that have been opened. Items marked as final sale. Gift cards.

5. How To Start A Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact page on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

8. Damaged Or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us immediately through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

9. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
