Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Raw Paw we do our best to get your order to you and your pet as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows.

Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

5. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

7. Delayed Or Lost Packages

Raw Paw is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window please contact us through our Contact page and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

9. Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Raw Paw is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
